Please make sure to select your registered account (instead of local players) before starting practice. Only this account’s data will appear on your personal Stats page.<\/p>\r\n

Before starting a dart game, tap the settings button at the top right of the page to adjust all related settings.<\/p>\r\n

Q: Can I set handicap settings for X01 games?<\/strong>
Yes. You can set individual starting scores for each player. Before starting an X01 game, tap on a player\u2019s avatar, then select \u201cHandicap Settings\u201d from the pop-up menu to adjust their starting score.<\/p>\r\n

Q: How can I adjust the DartBot difficulty?<\/strong>
Before starting an X01 or Standard Cricket game, tap the DartBot\u2019s avatar, then select \u201cDartBot Settings\u201d from the pop-up menu to adjust the difficulty level.<\/p>\r\n

Q: My friends and I are at the same location, and we all have Dartsmind accounts. How can we play using a single device?<\/strong>
On the app\u2019s homepage, tap \u2018Connect via Bluetooth\u2019 and follow the on-screen instructions. This feature will allow multiple user accounts to connect to a single device, and you\u2019ll be able to play on that device. Darts records and statistics will be automatically saved to all users\u2019 accounts.<\/p>\r\n

Q: How to cancel my subscription?<\/strong>
iOS: Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap the section at the top with your name (Apple ID). Tap Subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.<\/p>\r\n

Android: Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. Select Payments & subscriptions, then tap the subscription you want to cancel. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.<\/p>\r\n

About Auto-scoring<\/h3>\r\n

Q: Which devices support Auto-scoring?<\/strong>
iOS: Auto-scoring is supported on iPhone and iPad models equipped with A12 chips (or newer), including iPad models with M-series chips. Auto-scoring is not supported on MacOS.
Android: We do not decide device compatibility in advance. On Android, when the app is opened for the first time, Dartsmind checks the Auto-Scoring AI model\u2019s speed on both the GPU and CPU. If the speed is not fast enough for real-time video processing, the device is marked as incompatible and a popup message will appear. This is not related to how old your phone is, but only to the performance of its chip.<\/p>\r\n

Q: Why is Auto-scoring not performing well on my Android device?<\/strong>
On Android devices, the speed and accuracy of Auto-scoring depend on the device\u2019s chip capabilities. As a result, Auto-scoring performance may vary significantly between different Android devices. Typically, high-end Android devices have better chips (such as the Samsung S23, S24, and S25 series), and the auto-scoring is noticeably faster and more accurate. Each user has 5 free Auto-scoring trials \u2014 please make full use of them before subscribing to ensure it meets your expectations.<\/p>\r\n

Q: Why does my device become hot after using Auto-scoring for a while?<\/strong>
Auto-scoring is an AI feature that performs real-time inference and continuous analysis on video streams, which can be demanding on the battery and processor. As a result, your device may consume battery more quickly and become noticeably warm during use \u2014 this is normal. If your device becomes excessively hot after prolonged use, we recommend taking a 5-minute break to allow it to cool down.<\/p>\r\n

Q: Can I connect an external camera to the auto-scoring system?<\/strong>
Currently, only USB-C iPads support external cameras, and please make sure your external camera is UVC-compatible. iPhones and Android devices do not support external cameras. Please note that some external cameras may offer lower image quality and less accurate exposure compared to the iPad\u2019s rear camera, which could reduce the accuracy of auto-scoring.<\/p>\r\n

Q: How to improve the Auto-scoring accuracy?<\/strong>
First, please read the in-app setup tips carefully to ensure your board and device are correctly positioned. In addition, you can further improve detection accuracy with the following suggestions:
1. Use a Blade\/Knife Wire Dartboard<\/span> for clearer segment boundaries.
2. Choose light-colored dart tips<\/span> to make darts more visible.
