Account and general settings

Q: My Dartsmind account is still showing as “Basic” even after I paid for the subscription.
Go to the purchase page, scroll to the bottom, and tap the ‘Restore Purchase’ text link at the bottom right of the page. If it doesn’t work over Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data and try again.

Q: After playing multiple Legs, my stats page still shows no data.
Please make sure to select your registered account (instead of local players) before starting practice. Only this account’s data will appear on your personal Stats page.

Q: How can I change game settings, such as Double-Out, Straight-Out, or the round limit?
Before starting a dart game, tap the settings button at the top right of the page to adjust all related settings.

Q: Can I set handicap settings for X01 games?
Yes. You can set individual starting scores for each player. Before starting an X01 game, tap on a player’s avatar, then select “Handicap Settings” from the pop-up menu to adjust their starting score.

Q: How can I adjust the DartBot difficulty?
Before starting an X01 or Standard Cricket game, tap the DartBot’s avatar, then select “DartBot Settings” from the pop-up menu to adjust the difficulty level.

Q: My friends and I are at the same location, and we all have Dartsmind accounts. How can we play using a single device?
On the app’s homepage, tap ‘Connect via Bluetooth’ and follow the on-screen instructions. This feature will allow multiple user accounts to connect to a single device, and you’ll be able to play on that device. Darts records and statistics will be automatically saved to all users’ accounts.

Q: How to cancel my subscription?
iOS: Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap the section at the top with your name (Apple ID). Tap Subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Android: Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. Select Payments & subscriptions, then tap the subscription you want to cancel. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Please note: Cancelling a subscription will stop future charges, but it does not provide refunds for past payments. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

About Auto-scoring

Q: Which devices support Auto-scoring?
iOS: Auto-scoring is supported on iPhone and iPad models equipped with A12 chips (or newer), including iPad models with M-series chips. Auto-scoring is not supported on MacOS.
Android: We do not decide device compatibility in advance. On Android, when the app is opened for the first time, Dartsmind checks the Auto-Scoring AI model’s speed on both the GPU and CPU. If the speed is not fast enough for real-time video processing, the device is marked as incompatible and a popup message will appear. This is not related to how old your phone is, but only to the performance of its chip.

Q: Why is Auto-scoring not performing well on my Android device?
On Android devices, the speed and accuracy of Auto-scoring depend on the device’s chip capabilities. As a result, Auto-scoring performance may vary significantly between different Android devices. Typically, high-end Android devices have better chips (such as the Samsung S23, S24, and S25 series), and the auto-scoring is noticeably faster and more accurate. Each user has 5 free Auto-scoring trials — please make full use of them before subscribing to ensure it meets your expectations.

Q: Why does my device become hot after using Auto-scoring for a while?
Auto-scoring is an AI feature that performs real-time inference and continuous analysis on video streams, which can be demanding on the battery and processor. As a result, your device may consume battery more quickly and become noticeably warm during use — this is normal. If your device becomes excessively hot after prolonged use, we recommend taking a 5-minute break to allow it to cool down.

Q: Can I connect an external camera to the auto-scoring system?
Currently, only USB-C iPads support external cameras, and please make sure your external camera is UVC-compatible. iPhones and Android devices do not support external cameras. Please note that some external cameras may offer lower image quality and less accurate exposure compared to the iPad’s rear camera, which could reduce the accuracy of auto-scoring.

Q: How to improve the Auto-scoring accuracy?
First, please read the in-app setup tips carefully to ensure your board and device are correctly positioned. In addition, you can further improve detection accuracy with the following suggestions:
1. Use a Blade/Knife Wire Dartboard for clearer segment boundaries.
2. Choose light-colored dart tips to make darts more visible.
3. Use a ring light or other consistent lighting to reduce shadows and enhance image clarity.
Following these tips will help the Auto-scoring system work more reliably. (Most users report an accuracy rate of 95%–99%.)

About online games

Q: Why do I need coins to enable the online video connection (to see each other’s dartboard)?
Online video services are costly, and the subscription fee alone can’t cover these expenses. We aim to keep the subscription fee affordable, so that more users can easily access all Pro features, including Auto-scoring. For users who do not require online video matches, there will be no additional charges, while those who wish to use this feature can purchase Coins as needed.

Q: Do I need to pay coins to using Auto-scoring in online games?
No, Auto-scoring itself does not require coins, even in online games. However, if you want to enable the video connection feature to view your opponent’s dartboard, coins are required.

Q: Who will pay the coins in online games with video connection?
Starting from July 1st, in online video games, the 1 coin consumed per leg will be equally shared among all players who have coins. Rules >

Q: Will the VPN network affect video connections?
If you are using a VPN that relays UDP traffic instead of forwarding it directly, video connections may fail. Please configure your VPN to forward UDP traffic directly, or try turning off your VPN.

Q: What is ‘Online Game Trust Score’ ?
For details about the Trust Score, please refer to the explanation in the app. There’s no need to worry too much about the exact Trust Score value. A score above 85% is already good, and above 95% indicates you’re a very trustworthy player. As you participate in more online matches, your score will continue to increase and can even return to 100%. The purpose of the Trust Score is to provide a general reference and to help reduce the likelihood of some users quitting mid-game.

Q: How can I hide the floating self video preview box during online games?
Tap the “Camera” icon at the top-left of the page. In the pop-up menu, you can choose to hide the self video preview.

Q: Dartsmind community
There are several wonderful communities on Facebook created and maintained by Dartsmind users, where players share their experiences and discuss various topics. Please note that these communities are not created, managed, or operated by Dartsmind, and the Dartsmind team does not participate in any commercial or non-commercial activities within them. The following links are provided solely to offer users convenient access to these user-driven discussion spaces:

In addition, there are some user-organized groups and pages that host online tournaments using Dartsmind. These groups are also not created or operated by Dartsmind. If you’re interested in participating in tournaments, you may explore the following:
