Q: My Dartsmind account is still showing as “Basic” even after I paid for the subscription.
Go to the purchase page, scroll to the bottom, and tap the ‘Restore Purchase’ text link at the bottom right of the page. If it doesn’t work over Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data and try again.
Q: After playing multiple Legs, my stats page still shows no data.
Please make sure to select your registered account (instead of local players) before starting practice. Only this account’s data will appear on your personal Stats page.
Q: How can I change game settings, such as Double-Out, Straight-Out, or the round limit?
Before starting a dart game, tap the settings button at the top right of the page to adjust all related settings.
Q: Can I set handicap settings for X01 games?
Yes. You can set individual starting scores for each player. Before starting an X01 game, tap on a player’s avatar, then select “Handicap Settings” from the pop-up menu to adjust their starting score.
Q: How can I adjust the DartBot difficulty?
Before starting an X01 or Standard Cricket game, tap the DartBot’s avatar, then select “DartBot Settings” from the pop-up menu to adjust the difficulty level.
Q: My friends and I are at the same location, and we all have Dartsmind accounts. How can we play using a single device?
On the app’s homepage, tap ‘Connect via Bluetooth’ and follow the on-screen instructions. This feature will allow multiple user accounts to connect to a single device, and you’ll be able to play on that device. Darts records and statistics will be automatically saved to all users’ accounts.
Q: How to cancel my subscription?
iOS: Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap the section at the top with your name (Apple ID). Tap Subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Android: Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. Select Payments & subscriptions, then tap the subscription you want to cancel. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Please note: Cancelling a subscription will stop future charges, but it does not provide refunds for past payments. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
